Remote | Full-Time | Performance-Based Limitless Agency is scaling rapidly, and we are hiring an experienced Senior Media Buyer who can engineer profitable campaigns—not just launch them. This role is for someone who understands performance marketing at a strategic level. If you only know how to technically set up ads, this role is not a fit.About the RoleYou will be responsible for building, launching, managing, and scaling paid media campaigns for both internal brands and multiple portfolio clients. You'll work closely with our marketing leadership team, creative strategists, and agency partners to execute high-performance campaigns across Meta and Google. This is a high-performance role with accountability, autonomy, and clear success metrics.Required ExperienceTo be considered, you must meet all of the following: Minimum 5+ years managing Meta/Facebook and Google campaigns Proven experience running high-spend, national, multi-location, or enterprise-level campaigns Experience inside a digital marketing agency or similar performance-driven environment Deep experience with strategy, targeting frameworks, creative testing, offer positioning, and scaling methodology Ability to contribute to creative direction, ad copy concepts, hooks, and campaign ideation Strong analytical ability with fluency in CAC, ROAS, MER, CPL, CTR, CVR, and LTV metrics Excellent written and spoken English Up-to-date knowledge of recent Meta/Google platform changes, compliance rules, and optimization tools This is not a junior setup role.
