Our Customer Support Analysts are.**To further strengthen our Regional Service Business Team in Brasil we are looking forward meeting you as our new **Customer Support Analyst - based in Campinas.**Like a Customer Support Analyst (CSA) serves as the key customer representative and point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. The main responsibility is to provide best-in-class customer service from the point of initial contact until the successful fulfillment of the customer’s request. The CSA should also proactively work to provide and promote service solutions and spare parts to the customers.On a daily basis, you will:- Receive and process customer requests for service and spare parts- Close dialogue with the customer to understand needs and urgency of requests- Actively promote solutions to customers- Gather information, prepare and communicate quotations for service solutions and spare parts- Answer the request when possible, and when needed direct the request to the right function in Marel,- Create and update case and work ordersYou will work in a team with experienced coworkers in Latam, Europe, and EUA.During this journey, Customer Support Analyst will be the voice of Customers inside our company, to give Customers a fast first level of solution in a critical journey.To become the ultimate specialist, capable of performing with customers, we also schedule time for:- Training to prepare you for the next Customer (s) and reporting on completed projects.- Regular meetings with your manager and the team.- Regular meetings with your Key Internal clients of Marel**Who are we?**We are an international team of people for whom passion isn’t just a buzzword.
