About the team/role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer , you will play a critical role in building high-impact teams across our organization. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent in competitive markets, acting as a strategic partner to recruiters and business leaders for complex and critical roles. In this role, you'll be... Lead proactive talent sourcing and market mapping for senior and critical roles. Design and execute effective sourcing strategies for both technical and business functions. Engage passive candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business priorities and role requirements. Contribute to diversity initiatives, employer branding, and continuous process improvement. Leverage data to drive decisions and share talent insights with stakeholders. Expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, advanced LinkedIn use, competitive mapping). Strong experience hiring for technical and/or go-to-market roles.
