**Requisitos e qualificações**
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles.
- Background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI is a plus).
- Experience in industrial, consumer goods, or operationally intensive sectors is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and deliver high-quality insights in fast-paced environments.
