• Leading CBG Americas Supplier Performance Team tasked with responsibility to manage material supply constraints and supplier improvement efforts in critical performance areas (ie: OTIF, DPPM, SCAR recovery)
• Directing Procurement resource utilization in direct support Supplier Performance Management goals and objectives and ensure alignment to key BG and Procurement Category strategies.
• Being accountable for implementation of critical Supplier Performance processes and toolsets in management of supplier performance improvement efforts. (ie: Scorecards, SIPs, QPR etc)
• Ensuring implementation of Supplier Performance ongoing process improvement strategies across SIBG Americas region.
• Supporting the implementation of a globally standardized Supplier Risk Management processes in collaboration with BGs Divisions and plants. This process is intended to proactively identify and mitigate supplier risk mitigation efforts.
• Driving supply chain risk mitigation strategies related to BG supplier performance, capacity, capability and delivery.
• Contributing expertise to identify and develop ongoing continuous improvement in processes and operations for enhanced Supplier Performance Organizational Performance.
• Managing direct supervision activities for team including objective setting, performance management, coaching/mentoring and employee development.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Proficient experience in Supply Chain

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Proven ability to work across organization boundaries to influence, build credibility and effectively manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Direct experience in Procurement and/or Supply Planning functions.
• Master's degree in a business or industry related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills

Work location, Travel, Relocation

Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M offices in Sumaré, BR.

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized
