Sweden needs skilled engineers About 30,000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. We have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.
As a senior headhunter, you will help us find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to relocation.
We fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, etc. Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in various countries. You will be part of an efficient team characterized by a profound joy for helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism Required competence includes at least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
- A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.

- High-quality and brand awareness.
- Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
- Upper intermediate English.
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods.
- Analytical, well-organized, and self-motivated.
- Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude.
Extent & Duration: Start ASAP, full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime compensation. Location: Working from home or a co-location center of your choice. Economy: Remuneration starting at $1200, plus remittance fees and taxes, with free national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, and paid travels.
