Responsibilities
  • Contribute to profitable growth by driving signings and revenue targets, managing margins and backlog growth, and pursuing a pipeline of business development opportunities.
  • Lead client engagement with CXO-level relationships, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and delivering high-quality client work with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence by achieving utilization targets, overseeing delivery on complex engagements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and people development, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation and commercially-focused, value-added execution.
  • Shape and drive the company’s strategic initiatives using industry and technology expertise; align with Kyndryl’s strategic vision and contribute to its execution; develop thought leadership and intellectual capital.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
  • Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
  • Track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
  • Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, and a credible personal brand in the industry.
  • Proven ability to innovate and drive change.
