Job Title:

Visa and Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visa and Immigration Specialist to manage end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes.

About the Role:

  • Develop process maps to gain efficiency and implement risk-based governance triggers into daily workflows.
  • Track regulatory changes and implement risk-mitigation protocols for home and host country visa immigration, tax, social security, and compensation benefits compliance.
  • Prepare monthly compliance dashboards for leadership review.

About the Team:

  • Collaborate with HR, Tax, legal, and Payroll teams to operationalize mobility policy updates.
  • Gather assignee input to refine support resources, including onboarding kits and digital guides.
  • Leverage the mobility platform to automate processes, assignee interfaces, expense tracking, and document collection.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.
  3. Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred.
  4. GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials are preferred.
