Sr Planning Analyst

- Identify and control manufacturing demands and give visibility to the cell team (production, quality, engineering) based on SAP reports and Production Plan;
- Develop the short-term Production Plan, interacting with the necessary interfaces to ensure the quality of information, effective communication and alignment with the demands of other Manufacturing Plans;
- Maintain and control the area's APS tool;
- Responsible for knowing and contributing to the flow, takt time, lead time and other characteristics of the lines, in order to understand deviations in production and help correct them;
- Contribute to the medium and long term Production Plan, interacting with the necessary interfaces to guarantee quality information;
- Participate in production meetings and ensuring the resolution of problems, execution within the established deadlines and ensuring continuous flow;
- Identify production bottlenecks and share with the areas to guarantee containment and correction actions and guarantee the flow of communication with the areas involved;
- Analyze and load factories (volume in hours, orders, etc.) comparing with factory capacity and reporting risks and opportunities;
- Participate / Lead Value Stream Maps (VSM's), reviewing or designing the PCP processes;
- Monitor product quality by sharing recurrences of deviations to guarantee containment and correction actions;
- Prepare and present management reports of production indicators;
- Analyze the loading of new demands, participate and or lead the first article meetings contributing ideas and actions for the execution of the product within the expected time and production flow;
- Participate in and contribute to the company's safety, environment and quality programs;
- Know and comply with the company's Code of Ethics, Rules and Procedures.

**You are meant for this job if**
- Degree in Administration or Engineering
- Required: Advanced knowledge of ERP, advanced Excel, Power BI
- Desirable knowledge in APS, SAP, Lean Methodology; Power APPs;
- Experience in a factory environment
- Experience in Planning or Production is required; Issuing indicators; Agile methodologies; Knowledge of production flows; Experience in digitization/process automation;
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, desirable Microsoft Applications
- Intermediary English
