Our client provides consulting services by delivering objective results through educating and implementing TPM and JIPM methodologies and tools.Required skills/training:
Thorough knowledge of TPM based on JIPM methodologyStrong written and oral communication skills to transfer knowledge effectivelySolid understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to communicate across organizational levelsBachelor's degree preferred;
relevant experience maybe accepted in lieu of a degreeResponsibilitiesThe role involves supporting both internal and external client plants/locations. As external client relationships develop, the Practitioner will also work on creating new product and process offerings for the division.External Client Interface:
Deliver educational materials to clients to communicate Performance System principlesIdentify client opportunities and propose implementation solutionsCoach and facilitate clients through implementation challengesMonitor progress (implementation and financial) against timelines and develop contingency plansConduct audits to ensure effective transfer of education to clientsInternal Client:
