AGCO is part of the solution Join us in making your contribution.**Your impact**This role encompasses a broad range of audit activities, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our operations. This role requires collaboration with a multinational team and external partners to improve audit quality and efficiency.**Your experience and qualifications**- Execute various audit engagements, including operational, financial, and compliance audits. Foster partnerships with controllers and process owners to ensure adherence to SOX Section 404.- Contribute to the internal audit teams strategic planning and crafting of comprehensive audit programs. Identify risks and control gaps, and develop strategic actions to enhance business processes and controls.- Audit experience with a Large Public Accounting/Consulting firm is highly preferred.- Intermediary English.- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related professional qualification.- Experience with AuditBoard, Copilot, DataSnipper, ACL, SAP, Tableau preferred.- CPA, CIA, CISA or other finance/accounting related professional certification is a plus**Your benefits**Medical and dental assistance; Private pension;Meal and food vouchers;Pharmacy agreement and life insurance;PROPAR and AIP incentive plans.**Your place of work**Canoas-RSWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation that a diverse workforce brings to our farmers.
