**What we are looking for**:
Assistant of Human Resources Operations will be responsible for analytical skills in data analysis, checking and implementing tables across Human Resources systems, ensuring process interfaces are in line/compliance. Responsible for implementations and adjustments in EC/Grow, as well as structuring processes for internal SOX audit issues.

They also include the operationalization of benefits, attendance of labor processes, in addition to the processing of internal activities (admissions, contract terminations, payroll updates)

**What are you going to do**:
Monitoring the attendance time and process Follow up with Employee Central and HR Service Now Acting with HR on payroll changes (e.g., terminations, new hires, benefits).

Updating data in the payroll system

Attend to Legal for labor relations and labor processes

Performing service for Food Stamps, Transport Stamps, and general benefits Respond to employee questions or concerns about wages and salaries

Work with labor authorities on audits or requests

**What do you need**:
1. Higher Education studying or graduated in administration, finance, accounting, psychology and related areas

2. Advanced Excel

3. Advanced English

4. Knowledge of payroll activities and requirements (desirable)

5. Participation in internal and external audits (desirable)
