Job DescriptionWe are looking for an outstanding Creative Strategist to join our Brazil team for a part time contract. The ideal candidate will act as a creative consultant and product expert for our Spotify account, positioning Spotify ad products and content solutions in the context of advertiser objectives. We are looking for someone who is capable of responding to briefs with innovative custom ad program concepts and strategies. This role is based in Brazil and will primarily focus on supporting the Brazilian market.
This is a Freelance position with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase.
What you’ll do:Read About Spotify collateral to understand formats and possibilitiesGenerate creative ideas, provide strategic consultation and collateral materials to assist Spotify in RFP responsesParticipate in weekly Office Hours sessions to brainstorm ideas on the spot for ad hoc RFPs or pro active pitchesIn case of more important clients or pitches, transform ideas into decks with insights to strengthen themWork with internal MIK teams including design and copy to develop spec scripts, mocks, and strategy led proposals in collaboration with SpotifyUnderstand and incorporate relevant narratives into proposals and translate insights into sellable program opportunitiesServe as a creative expert and present concepts or ideas developed in client meetingsGuide creative agencies and marketers on how to utilize Spotify for their advertising campaignsCollaborate with internal teams to transition pitched ideas from concept stage into production and handover to the MIK PM teamKeep an eye out for trends and insights that could bring incremental revenue from top clients
You have:Fluent in English and PortugueseA BA or BS degree7+ years experience within a creative or strategic planning role at a publisher, platform, creative agency, or similarPassion for digital advertising, storytelling, and working with brands to find creative solutionsExperience with working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders, prioritising deliverables and deadlinesThe ability to translate raw data into insights and develop blue sky concepts into actionable ideas Demonstrated creativity within platform capabilitiesStrong storytelling, copywriting, communication, presentation and people skillsProficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Suite; basic Photoshop skills a plusLove for a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentCuriosity, proactively solving problems, and get things done
