Job Description We are seeking a seasoned B2B Key Account Manager with a strong background in the travel industry, to drive business growth and build long-lasting relationships with key clients. Responsible for existing client relationships within assigned territories, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities. Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to inform business decisions. Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback and insights from clients, driving the development of innovative products and services. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering results in an autonomous working environment. Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries. Commercial acumen and expertise in B2B business models, as well as new business segments and markets. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required.
