Minimum qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in IaaS and/or PaaS sales roles.
- 2 years of experience in people management and driving business goals.
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Portuguese Cloud Digital Leader certification.
- Experience in sales/operations and managing sales teams.
- Experience with sales in the technology industry, promoting Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and/or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
- Experience in organizational and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing team environment.

You'll build and manage a team of Business Representatives, working to drive awareness, adoption, and business growth for Google’s public cloud in a broad territory. You'll also participate in all aspects of building the business, including attainment of assigned strategic objectives, business planning, demand generation, account engagement, acquisition, and at-scale marketing activities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of Business Representatives to achieve business growth, focusing on motivating, enabling, and developing the team to be successful.
- Develop and implement best practices for programs and markets, ensuring the team is up-to-date with trends, pitches and programs.
- Manage the business operation to operate at scale and provide management support and mentoring.
- Manage relationships with business development, marketing leaders, and representatives as well as the partner ecosystem in order to drive strategy and execution.
- Maintain a culture that attracts and retains talent and lead to motivate and enable the team to be successful.
