What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a series of concurrent IT implementation projects from inception through successful implementation
  • Control project timelines, issues, risks, quality, and schedules while managing engineering resources and clients
  • Ensure project milestones are met and reported effectively
  • Coordinate closely with technical leads for quality assurance and development of engineering documentation
  • Initiate the billing process and project closure upon completion
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Project management certification (CAPM, Project +, PMP, or above)
  • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of legal tech applications
  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Client-facing skillsets and ability to solve problems with empathy and clarity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with legal-specific applications such as iManage, NetDocuments, and Office 365 Email Migrations
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM - Intune) and security products
  • Knowledge of AWS IaaS migrations and Azure AVD
