Regional Inventory and Agility area inside Supply Chain Excellence organization is responsible for leading inventory and SLOB metrics overall LATAM guaranteeing performance and cash flow management, coordinate actions and projects to improve supply chain flow in order to optimize inventory and agility, as well as support Agility programs inside LATAM guaranteeing deliveries on time giving methodology support. Inside this organization, the Sr. Supply Chain Planner will support Regional Inventory processes to guarantee delivery of committed targets and act as facilitator for action plan and inventory process improvement.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Responsible for inventory BP process as well as updates (JU, NU)
- KPI for Inventory and SLOB LATAM owner
- Strong connections with Clusters and Supply Chain Operations for inventory management purposes
- Focal Point for global teams for Digital initiatives
- Act as facilitator for inventory excess/SLOB mitigation action plans where is needed
- Support Agility owner for Inventory analysis
**Qualifications**
.**Qualifications and requirements**:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, Engineering, Business Administration or related.
A minimum of 3 years business experience in Supply Chain is required.
APICS or other supply chain certifications are preferred.
**Capabilities**:
- The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
- Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The ability to optimally tackle leadership roles in various functions is required.
**Knowledge**:
- Sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e.: VLOOKUP functions, formulas, pivot tables)
- Prior experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to various levels of the organization preferred.
Languages: Written and oral English is required (intermediate/advanced level).
Location: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile or México.
