We are looking for a professional who is focused on continuous improvement , curious and questioning , has a positive attitude , and demonstrates strong ownership of their responsibilities. This person should enjoy certain routines, have solid logical reasoning , and be comfortable interacting with people from various areas of EBANX and its affiliates .

This role will focus on the accounting operations of affiliates located in Brazil , which means you will face a significant challenge, working daily with local professional service providers , delivering presentations, reports, and participating in meetings in both Portuguese and English , as you will be supporting a global company .

The professional will be responsible for daily accounting routines and monthly closings for local companies, in partnership with local service providers , with a focus on COSIF-regulated entities .

• Accounting entries, bookkeeping, and account classification;
• Supporting Purchasing and Accounts Payable activities related to the processing of fiscal and financial documents;
• Executing activities related to the accounting flow , ensuring proper accounting treatment in line with applicable standards;
• Account reconciliations and issue resolution;
• Monthly balance sheet and trial balance closing , and supporting the team in preparing reports for Controllership;
• Organizing accounting and tax documents;
• Providing support to the team when needed;
• Assisting and monitoring external audits and consulting firms , providing all necessary clarifications to ensure efficiency and quality in the work of local service providers.

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Accounting ;
• Previous experience in medium or large-sized companies ;
• Solid knowledge of accounting and tax routines ;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Basic English level;
• Ability to work independently , with the technical capacity to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly.
