**As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for**:
- Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
- Handles standardized products with pre-defined options.
- Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.
- Handles targeted clients
- Discusses sales approach with manager.
- Leads a department of medium-large personnel costs.
- Handles Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence

**To be successful in this role you will**:
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree completed or studying from an accredited university or college
- Being able to work on Campinas office twice a week
- Being able to speak Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrate previous experience with Customer Care.
