Job Description We are seeking a skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will design, build, and implement web-based business solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment. This role involves contributing to fast-paced client projects and product initiatives as part of our Professional Services team. The successful candidate will help organizations build, configure, and launch their PRM or Customer Portal solutions. They will also work closely with a Senior Developer to write Statements of Work (SOW) implementation notes and collaborate with the client's Project Manager to understand their needs and technical requirements. In addition to these responsibilities, this role requires strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, as well as the ability to integrate APIs and web services to build robust applications. The successful candidate will also participate in code reviews conducted by the Professional Services Technical Team Lead to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications A minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience with software product development and Agile methodologies. Strong knowledge of: Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS. Backend: C#, ASP.NET, MVC design patterns. Database: SQL databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework). Solid understanding of core programming concepts: Object-Oriented Programming, RDBMS, and Agile principles. Benefits Be part of a growing company recognized by industry leaders.
