We are seeking a Tax Manager with experience at a Big Four firm, solid tax expertise, and strategic vision to join the dynamic sports betting and digital entertainment sector. The professional will be responsible for ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, optimizing tax efficiency for both online and retail operations, and supporting strategic decision-making in a highly complex regulatory environment. Overview Responsibilities and attributions for the Tax Manager role at Flutter Brasil. Responsibilities Manage all direct and indirect tax obligations (Corporate Income Tax – IRPJ, social contribution – CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ISS, among others). Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, etc.). Implement and monitor tax planning strategies tailored to the betting segment, in accordance with current legislation. Monitor changes in federal and state regulations related to betting, online gaming, and lotteries. Supervise the collection of taxes applicable to betting activities (such as GGR and CIDE-Games, where applicable). Support the Compliance and Legal departments in interpreting new industry regulations. Control tax risks and participate in audits and inspections. Ensure tax integration across digital platforms, payment gateways, and ERP systems. Lead and develop the tax team, promoting efficiency and technical excellence. Prepare management reports and tax performance indicators. Support M&A projects, corporate restructurings, and tax compliance initiatives. Requisites and Qualifications Fluent English (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or Economics; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Tax Management will be considered an asset; Solid experience in taxation of digital services, betting, or fintech sectors; Strong knowledge of federal, state, and municipal tax legislation; Understanding of taxes applicable to betting activities (ISS, IR, PIS/COFINS, CIDE, withholdings); Experience with online platforms, international payments, and payment gateways; Familiarity with ERP systems (TOTVS PROTHEUS) and tax management tools; Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Differentials Previous experience in the iGaming, betting, lottery, or digital entertainment sectors; Knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing; Experience participating in tax and regulatory structuring projects for new products or markets.
