Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to work 100% in English.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative department activities, ensuring precision and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the organization and filing of financial and administrative documents.
  • Analyze data for creating insightful reports.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Execute employee payroll with accuracy.
  • Provide supervision and support to other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, including proficiency with numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Experience in generating detailed reports.
  • Proven track record in financial and administrative roles, ideally within multinational companies or international trade settings.
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making based on established procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, keen eye for detail, and effective time management.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources tasks, such as recruitment, payroll, and related processes.
