Customer Growth Specialist The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of international customers, focusing on outcomes such as retention, expansion, adoption, and advocacy. Key Responsibilities: Own a customer book and deliver on growth rate, net revenue retention, adoption, and Net Promoter Score targets Co-create and run onboarding/time-to-value and adoption plans using templates, best practices, and innovative ideas, iterate using data and customer feedback Lead engagement meetings, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage renewals/expansions with clear next steps Monitor performance indicators and usage, identify potential risks early and execute recovery plans Lead discovery to understand business requirements and pain points, design solutions that solve them, and clearly document and present the solution to customers Translate business goals into actionable requirements and coordinate with Support, Product, and Services teams Capture insights, improve processes, and contribute customer feedback to product development
