Booking.com is seeking an Account Executive in Natal .

What You'll Be Doing
  • You will proactively connect with our partners across the region through phone conversations and internal communication channels. Your insights and mentorship will help craft their success within the Booking.com ecosystem.
  • Become the trusted point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of accommodation providers. You will answer questions, provide support, and help them feel valued and empowered every step of the way.
  • Champion strong, lasting relationships by engaging in regular, performance-focused conversations. Proactive outreach will ensure our partners offer the best availability and most competitive pricing.
  • Immerse yourself in Booking.com's products and services. You will become a knowledgeable advocate, explaining benefits and showing partners how to use them to improve their potential.
  • Analyze internal data to identify and prioritize strategies that elevate partners' performance and fuel Booking.com's growth in the region.
  • Identify and connect with new potential partners, expanding the network and bringing more accommodations to our global audience.
  • Tackle critical customer service issues related to your portfolio with agility and efficiency, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions for partners and travelers.
  • Organize engaging events like workshops and webinars to empower partners with knowledge and tools to thrive.
What You'll Bring
  • Fluent English and Portuguese

  • Ability to influence partners over the phone and guide them to implement valuable suggestions
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and help partners make informed decisions
  • Must live within a commutable distance from the assigned office location
