WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Partner Program Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding our top partner programs. This includes learning how we qualify and earn rebates, how we utilize marketing development funds, identifying incremental opportunities, determining what is required to maximize partner investments, and educating various stakeholders within MGT on these details. This role will work closely with finance, marketing, sales, and technical groups to ensure we maximize our partner programs.
In this role, you will:
- Top Partner Programs: Help to maximize partner tiers, partner rebates and overall partner program activation.
- Finance Support: Collaborate with finance to ensure we have a clear picture on overall partner investments.
- Sales and Technical Support: Work with the sales and technical teams to highlight what is needed with our top partners to achieve the highest level of partnership and maximize our profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three (3) or more years working with technology partners such as Cisco, Aruba & Palo Alto.
- Strong business development skills and experience are required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with partner rebate programs and partners.
- Experience with financial modeling and building reports.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
