What you'll do
We're looking for a Customer Success Analyst to help Clara deliver a world-class experience for our clients across Latin America. In this role, you'll work closely with new and existing customers to ensure they're fully onboarded, supported, and positioned for long-term success with Clara's spend management solutions.
This is a client-facing role where your ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively, and build trusted relationships will directly impact client satisfaction and retention.
You will:
- Support onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient go-live process
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Help identify opportunities to deepen adoption or expand usage across accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client portfolios and suggest growth strategies
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and support
- Contribute to client communications and campaigns alongside Sales and Marketing teams
- Assist in gathering and organizing data for sales reporting and forecasting
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
- 2–3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment
- Experience supporting client onboarding or managing implementation processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt
- Ability to build client relationships with empathy and professionalism
- Working proficiency in Portuguese
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot or N8N
- Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows
- A good sense of humor

Clara's Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
