How to contribute to our vision

  1. Ensure project Health, safety, environment (HSE) and quality management (QM) performance
  2. Overall accountable (incl. Profit/Loss responsibility) to deliver the full project scope from handover from Sales until end of Service contract incl. pre-TOC (Take Over Certificate) activities performed by service
  3. Primary/focal point for customer communication & engagement on a portfolio level
  4. Accountable for predictable project delivery according to , project scope, ethical standards, laws, rules and regulations, Business Conduct Guidelines, SGRE and industry HSE standards
  5. Responsible for protecting the business case and for maximizing value in accordance with contractual availability guarantees and defined incentive scheme
  6. Overall accountable for risk/opportunity management, claim and change management in the project
  7. Ensure all project documentation is received from New Unit
  8. Contract negotiation
  9. Set up project infrastructure & team at PM080/100 (Assign Service Operations manager and Operations Readiness Manager)
  10. Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders
  11. Conduct internal and external project kick-off meetings
  12. Perform Site kick-off for operational activities
  13. Responsible for the project budget, schedule, overall project cost estimates
  14. Risks & opportunity management including driving Operations Productivity on portfolio level
  15. Optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and identifies and minimizes NCCs
  16. New opportunity development (Client needs)
  17. Incentive, bonus & penalties negotiations

Manager Customer Requirements

  1. Perform contractual analysis (TSA & SMA)
  2. Identify contractual obligations not included in as-sold cost calculation
  3. Manage contractual changes and variation orders incl. aftermarket sales activities
  4. Management of client requests
  5. Client face-to-face meetings

What You Need To Make a Difference

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Service Portfolio Management, Service Delivery, or similar roles in the renewable energy or technology sector.
  • Experience in managing complex service portfolios and working across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
