Why Join Us What You'll Do Collaborate Internationally: Work closely with development teams in the US to guarantee the quality of our SalesForce solutions tailored for the higher education sector. Develop Test Plans: Create and execute comprehensive test cases and checklists specific to SalesForce applications. Perform Rigorous Testing: Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on SalesForce platforms. Engage in Agile Processes: Actively participate in Scrum or Kanban methodologies to streamline project workflows. Utilize SOQL Queries: Write and execute SOQL queries to validate data integrity and application functionality. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues promptly. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and practices within the team. What You Need Significant SalesForce QA Experience: Minimum of 4 years in testing SalesForce applications. SalesForce Proficiency: Deep understanding of SalesForce platforms like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. Testing Expertise: Skilled in creating and executing test plans and cases for SalesForce environments. Technical Skills: Proficient with SalesForce testing tools (Workbench, Developer Console) and SOQL queries. Automation Familiarity: Experience with test automation tools compatible with SalesForce (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Provar). Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously and drive tasks to completion. Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and active participation in Scrum or Kanban processes. It'd Be Great If You SalesForce Certifications: Hold certifications like SalesForce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder. Integration Testing: Experience testing integrations between SalesForce and other systems. Client Presentation Skills: Able to present solutions and demonstrate functionalities to clients effectively. Tool Proficiency: Familiar with JIRA for issue tracking and project management. Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Team Player: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. This position is available on a B2B or Contract basis.
