Business Development Specialist - Balneário Camboriú/SC Align Technology is seeking a Business Development Specialist to partner with our Sales teams in LATAM-Brazil-Remote to develop digital dentistry workflows within clinics. Position Details Department: Sales Location: LATAM-Brazil-Remote (Remote) Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Job function: Business Development and Sales Key Responsibilities Act as the specialist on the Align Digital Platform, applying deep knowledge of iTero digital workflows to engage dental partners and clients, focusing on orthorestorative approach. Prospect new business opportunities and develop connections by mapping selected clients and accounts, presenting the benefits of digital integration in specialties. Develop the patient journey vision for clients, helping them understand and establish protocols and appropriate digital tools per specialty. Retain iTero users and foster loyalty to Align and its digital platform. Collaborate with other sales teams in the region. Support training of designated teams on the digital platform and ortorestorative workflow. Other duties may be assigned or revised as business evolves. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Minimum 5 years of B2B sales and/or business development experience; proven performance and results in growing business. Experience in the medical device, capital equipment, dental device sector or other relevant B2B experience. Strong knowledge of Restorative Dentistry, Clinic and Laboratory. Bachelor's degree (complete higher education). Intermediate level English and excellent communication skills in Portuguese. Availability to travel frequently within operating regions.
