Endpoint Engineering Lead at Johnson & Johnson Location: São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil; São Paulo, Brazil; Raritan, NJ, USA Job Function: Technology Enterprise Strategy & Security; Sub Function: Security & Controls; Category: Scientific/Technology; Employment Type: Full-time; Seniority level: Not Applicable Job Description In this role, you will evaluate and engineer solutions related to endpoint security at enterprise scale, define protection solutions for server environments, automate and integrate solutions via scripts and APIs, document projects, and collaborate with ISRM groups to troubleshoot and resolve problems. You will also train operational teams for L1 support, conduct security assessments, develop and maintain reports and metrics, and keep current with policies and regulations. Responsibilities Evaluate and engineer solutions related to Endpoint Security (enterprise scale). Define solutions for protection in the server environment (Windows, Linux, Storage). Automate and integrate solutions through scripts and API calls. Document projects, technologies, and rollouts following standards such as SDLC. Interact with other ISRM groups to troubleshoot problems and coordinate a quick resolution. Train operational teams to provide L1 support as needed. Conduct security assessments, determine deviations from J&J policies, assess risk, and recommend mitigation countermeasures. Develop and maintain reports, metrics, KPIs, KRIs, trends, operational status, playbooks, work instructions, and procedures. Maintain knowledge of applicable ISRM policies, regulations, and compliance documents related to security. Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree. Deep knowledge of enterprise security solutions (Microsoft, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Trend Micro, etc.). Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with programming/scripting. Experience with scripting languages (Python, Node, PowerShell) and API integrations. Strong systematic problem‑solving skills, sense of accountability, ownership, and drive. Experience and knowledge with Tanium. Experience with SIEM solutions (MS Sentinel, Splunk, etc.). Experience partnering with stakeholders to identify and address project issues. Good knowledge of concepts related to endpoint security tools. Communicative, interpersonal, and team‑player skills across various levels of the organization. Continuous learning mindset toward latest technology trends and innovative thinking. Preferred Experience with Windows, Linux, and virtualization technologies. Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Request management. Independent work ability in fast‑paced environments. Good knowledge of Power BI or Tableau. Experience working with virtual, global teams, diverse group backgrounds.
