The opportunity:
DATA ANALYST As a Business Analyst, you will help ZCAM’s customers by understanding their needs and developing solutions to business problems. You will work with multidisciplinary and international teams to gather requirements, document processes, and communicate findings. Your responsibilities include collecting and documenting business needs, analyzing data for trends and insights, suggesting process improvements, creating reports and presentations for stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to implement solutions. You will also ensure project objectives align with business goals and lead meetings and workshops to drive project success. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities Understand customer objectives, processes, and products to make appropriate recommendations during incubation, delivery, and operations. Plan, conduct, and facilitate sessions for gathering business requirements with subject matter experts and end users. Determine the best delivery methodology for each project. Contribute to business cases, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and high-level scheduling. Produce requirement specifications and solution design documents throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating change requests. Analyze and manage requirement risks, traceability, and prioritization. Perform quality reviews on project deliverables. Participate in testing, implementation, and training activities. Engage in post-implementation activities, including problem-solving and benefits measurement. Communicate effectively across different mediums and levels. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or related fields;
higher degrees are a plus. Relevant professional experience or demonstrated competency in related roles/projects. Balanced business acumen with technological and system understanding. Innovative, motivated, business and IT savvy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Experience delivering business solutions on time, within budget, and with quality. Proven experience as a business analyst or subject matter expert in global projects or insurance business. Knowledge of project management and software development methodologies (e.G., Agile, SCRUM, ITIL, PMP). Flexible, determined, and results-oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in application testing and user acceptance testing organization. Customer-oriented team player with effective collaboration skills. Proficiency in English and Portuguese;
