Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $56,250 Comprehensive and family‑friendly benefits package, including Health Care, Retirement, and Educational benefits Opportunity for career advancement and professional development within a collaborative academic environment Engage with leading faculty and researchers to support innovative projects Be part of a culturally and intellectually diverse community What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Oversee the full proposal submission process for Principal Investigators (PIs), from identifying funding opportunities to final submission Provide guidance to faculty, postdocs, and staff on sponsor requirements, eligibility, regulations, and proposal components Develop and coordinate all non‑technical elements of proposals, including budgets, justifications, and administrative forms Manage all pre‑award grant and contract administration activities, including preparing Just‑in‑Time and other sponsor requests Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of sponsor regulations, university policies, and changes to the LIRA system What Is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or other suitable field required One to three years of relevant work experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong accounting skills with knowledge of basic accounting principles Attention to detail required How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in research administration or grant management Familiarity with LIRA system or similar proposal submission platforms Advanced degree in a relevant field Experience in a higher education setting Knowledge of federal and state grant regulations Equal‑Opportunity Statement We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
