Estamos contratando imediatamente um(a) LATAM Marketing Manager - uma função que nos ajudará a impulsionar o progresso de nossos clientes.

O que você fará:

Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de marketing da região, adaptando as necessidades nos diferentes países em que operamos; Liderar, desenvolver e implementar a estrutura de marketing LATAM e agências parceiras; Em conjunto com o head of commercial e sector managers, desenvolver e implementar a estratégia por setor da Aggreko América Latina; Gerenciar e também Liderar projetos diretamente, como por exemplo: estudos de análise de mercado, competidores, implementação de estratégia de marketing; Planejar e gerenciar o orçamento de marketing para a região.

Você deverá cumprir com os seguintes requisitos:

Formação superior em marketing ou áreas correlatas (especialização – desejável); Forte experiência em marketing para o mercado B2B e com gestão de equipe; Idiomas – inglês e espanhol fluentes (além do português); Disponibilidade para viagens (cerca de 30% do mês); Experiência com SalesForce e PowerBI – diferencial importante; Experiência no mercado de energia – diferencial importante; Experiência regional América Latina – diferencial importante; Residir na região de Jaguariúna/SP.
