Overview Our Client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Finally, our client is part of one of the largest Insurance Groups in the world. We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Senior HR Business Partner to support our executive leadership team and senior leaders across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and is passionate about building scalable people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth. What You’ll Do Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and execute enterprise-wide people strategies Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development Use data and KPIs to drive strategic decisions around employee experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness Support organizational design efforts, including structure planning, change management, and communication strategies Coach and develop HR Business Partners across nearshore and domestic teams Collaborate with HRBPs and legal experts to navigate employment regulations, especially across LATAM Lead onboarding strategies for senior hires and ensure alignment with business goals Contribute to enterprise HR initiatives, including policy alignment, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement Act as a key advisor on sensitive HR matters, ensuring compliance and consistency across business units Requirements 7+ years of experience in strategic HR business partnering, with exposure to executive-level stakeholders Proven experience leading or coaching HR professionals Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization Solid understanding of talent management, performance frameworks, and workforce planning Experience working with KPIs and data to inform HR strategy (e.g., retention, development plans, engagement) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint are essential); SAP experience is a plus Familiarity with employment laws and practices in LATAM is a strong advantage Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a startup mindset Bachelor’s degree required Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Career development and training opportunities Flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based) Dynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally renowned group Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
