Role ObjectiveServe as a strategic partner to business units, aligning Human Resources practices with organizational goals.The HRBP supports leaders and teams in talent management, fostering a strong company culture, employee engagement, performance, and development.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the liaison between HR and business units to ensure strategic alignmentSupport leaders in decision-making related to talent and workforce planningLead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesDrive organizational development initiatives and succession planningPromote employee engagement, company culture, and workplace well-beingMonitor and analyze HR metrics (e.G., turnover, absenteeism, performance)Mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environmentEnsure compliance with internal policies and labor regulationsParticipate in cross-functional HR projects (e.G., diversity, digital transformation)RequirementsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldsPrevious experience as an HRBP or in generalist HR rolesStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsStrategic mindset with a results-oriented approachProficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced EnglishNice to HaveExperience in large corporations or multinational environmentsFamiliarity with agile methodologies or cultural transformation projectsCertifications in coaching, assessment tools, or strategic HR managementNotes:Contract type:Temporary (9 months)Work model:Hybrid (4 days on-site – Vila Olímpia)
