Role Objective

Serve as a strategic partner to business units, aligning Human Resources practices with organizational goals. The HRBP supports leaders and teams in talent management, fostering a strong company culture, employee engagement, performance, and development.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the liaison between HR and business units to ensure strategic alignment
- Support leaders in decision-making related to talent and workforce planning
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Drive organizational development initiatives and succession planning
- Promote employee engagement, company culture, and workplace well-being
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.G., turnover, absenteeism, performance)
- Mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects (e.G., diversity, digital transformation)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Previous experience as an HRBP or in generalist HR roles
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced English

Nice to Have

- Experience in large corporations or multinational environments
- Familiarity with agile methodologies or cultural transformation projects
- Certifications in coaching, assessment tools, or strategic HR management

Notes:

- Contract type: Temporary (9 months)
- Work model: Hybrid (4 days on-site – Vila Olímpia)
