Como HR Business Partner, você será responsável por liderar todos os temas táticos de RH, oferecendo suporte aos times de Corporate Functions (HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Operations e Marketing).

Você atuará como ponto focal nos temas e processos estratégicos relacionados a pessoas. Esperamos que, como HR Business Partner, você tenha um bom entendimento do negócio e seja capaz de influenciar os líderes das áreas de atendimento para desenvolver um time de alta performance, atuando como parceiro das pessoas e impactando positivamente o negócio.

**PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Ser parceiro das áreas de Marketing, Finanças, Operações, Jurídico e TI, auxiliando e influenciando a definição das prioridades de pessoas com o objetivo de impulsionar o alto desempenho;
- Liderar conversas sobre carreira e desenvolvimento com os gestores;
- Capacitar, aconselhar e empoderar os gestores com treinamentos e ferramentas adequadas;
- Apoiar a revisão anual de salários, incluindo planejamento e implementação;
- Participar dos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção em parceria com a área de Talent Acquisition;
- Desenhar ofertas e realizar análises de equidade salarial.
