**Hybrid**:This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)
**What You'll Do (Responsibilities)**:
- You will be responsible for **purchase of tooling**:
- Development of strategy and sourcing/negotiations, global/regional material budget execution, and interface with suppliers or internal stakeholders.
- Cost Management: Analyze market trends, manage budgets, and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains and resolve any issues.
Soft skills:
- Ability to work effectively cross functionally, both internally and externally and build relationships
- Experience handling commercial issues with suppliers and assessing supplier performance
- Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

**Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)**:
- Bachelor degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas
- Experience with tooling (Injection and/ or stamped)
- English from intermediate level
- Proven competence in negotiating skills

- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Availability to travel
