Driv is one of the premier aftermarket suppliers globally. With some of the best-known brands in the industry, we serve everyone from major OEM’s to the backyard mechanics and everything in between. Purpose Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all critical roles within the Driv Business region, from intake through onboarding Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles. Partner closely with Driv business leaders and HR to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and shape hiring profiles. Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations. Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to inform talent strategy and improve recruitment outcomes. Champion a positive candidate experience and promote Tenneco’s employer brand throughout all touchpoints. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors. Demonstrated success managing critical and specialized searches. Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities. Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
