Role Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and friendly Sales Representative with a passion for education and a knack for sales. As the face of our sales process, you will conduct 30-60 minute sales calls, aiming to not just meet but exceed our current closing rate of 25-45%. Your role is crucial in refining our sales process, ensuring it’s as efficient and effective as possible, and maintaining the friendly, upbeat vibe that our students, who are predominantly aged 40-70, have come to love.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and conduct 30-60 minute sales calls with potential students, providing them with information about our courses and the benefits of learning with us.
- Work towards and exceed a target of 10 sales per month.
- Develop and improve the current sales process, aiming to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor throughout interactions with potential students to reflect the school’s values and atmosphere.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the service industry.
- A friendly, service-oriented individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere for potential students.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with no heavy accent, to ensure clear and effective communication with our students.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation:
- A competitive base salary of $1,200 to $1,500 per month.
- A lucrative commission structure, offering 5-10% on packages, with the potential to earn $1,500 to $3,000 in commission based on achieving the target of 10 sales per month.
