Neste papel central, você atuará como parceiro(a) crucial para Líderes e Executivos, implementando proativamente programas essenciais de RH, orientando líderes em gestão eficaz de pessoas e impulsionando a entrega de iniciativas globais de RH e talentos. What You’ll Do – Core Responsibilities Colaborar estreitamente com outros Parceiros de Negócios de Recursos Humanos Globais (HRBPs) e Centros de Excelência (CoEs) para otimizar o desempenho dos negócios por meio de estratégias eficazes de pessoas, incluindo estrutura organizacional, desenvolvimento de capacidades e iniciativas de engajamento. Garantir a conformidade com as políticas organizacionais e a legislação trabalhista local em toda a América Latina, fornecendo orientação e coaching aos Líderes em questões complexas de RH e apoiando eventos críticos de colaboradores, como onboarding e offboarding. What You’ll Bring – Skills & Qualifications Oito ou mais anos de experiência progressiva em Recursos Humanos, incluindo quatro ou mais anos em um papel de Parceiro(a) de Negócios de Recursos Humanos (HRBP), idealmente em um ambiente matricial e global. Conhecimento sólido de todas as disciplinas e processos relacionados a Recursos Humanos, com foco em apoiar líderes em um ambiente global e matricial. Habilidade comprovada em engajamento de stakeholders e gerenciamento de projetos, construindo relacionamentos habilmente com líderes seniores e coordenando tarefas complexas para resultados bem-sucedidos. Fluência em Inglês e Português é obrigatória, e é exigido um forte nível de comunicação oral em Espanhol, juntamente com um diploma de Bacharelado ou Mestrado (ou equivalente) em Recursos Humanos, Administração de Empresas ou área relacionada.
