Virtual Office Product Lead

We're building a virtual office platform that caters to remote and hybrid teams, featuring persistent rooms, real-time presence, audio/video, chat, screen sharing, collaborative boards, and immersive spaces. These tools are designed to foster connection, productivity, and team cohesion.
The Senior Product Owner is responsible for overseeing the product end-to-end and acting as the daily bridge between stakeholders and developers. Key responsibilities include testing the product, identifying bugs, proposing improvements, and conducting competitor research to inform decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead daily standups with developers and stakeholders in English, ensure alignment, clarify scope, and guarantee follow-through to delivery.
- Develop OKRs/roadmap, break initiatives into epics/stories, manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and quality.
- Maintain Jira and Confluence discipline: keep Jira 100% accurate, create well-documented tickets, enforce Definition of Ready/Done, and maintain Confluence specs/decisions up-to-date.
- E nsure planned dates for Stage and Production are set on relevant Jira issues and reflected in views/boards.
- Conduct exploratory testing, reproduce issues, triage, and file actionable bug cards.
- Track activation/engagement/retention, run A/B experiments, and prioritize UX/performance/stability improvements.
- Benchmark features/flows and translate findings into opportunities and prioritization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Ownership/Product Management (senior) with a track record of shipping and iterating successfully.
- Fluent English — capable of leading daily standups in English, writing specs, and aligning requirements with international stakeholders.
- Software development experience (prior engineering role strongly preferred) or equivalent technical background.
- Proven follow-through: nothing falls through the cracks; you drive clarity to outcomes.
