Product Manager, Product Experience

Key Responsibilities Product Initiatives : Manage end-to-end the development and execution of key projects including sports casino portal landing pages and strategic initiatives. Prioritize initiatives based on market analysis business impact and customer feedback. Champion customer experience ensuring a customer-centric approach in all product development stages. Support ideation vision strategy and roadmap for initiatives and projects in collaboration with design and engineering teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design engineering marketing and analytics teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Lead regular stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives. Product Roadmap Management : Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs. Skilled in product strategy architecture cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management. Strong analytical and writing skills with an understanding of product development processes and growth framework mentality. Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze product performance using tools like Excel PowerBI and Looker to generate insights that improve KPIs support product teams executions and decisions. Timely Delivery : Manage project timelines identify risks and overcome challenges to deliver product features on time maintaining a high bar for quality and impact. Continuous Improvement : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products using insights to innovate and enhance our portfolio. Qualifications (Essential) 5-8 years of product management experience including leading cross-functional teams to deliver products. Strong experience in managing complex projects across multiple product categories. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with design engineering marketing and analytics teams. Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum and project management methodologies. Proficiency in tools such as Jira Figma and Powerpoint. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel PowerBI Looker or similar. Desired Experience in sports casino or gaming industries is a plus. Strong experience in implementing scalable frameworks rituals and documentation to improve product operations and processes to enhance team efficiency. Champion a user-first mindset leveraging research analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions. Previous background in product design design thinking and visual design skills to create impactful materials is a plus. Competencies / Behaviours Adaptability & Resilience : Comfortable with change and quick to adjust priorities or plans in a fast-paced evolving environment. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
