Product Manager

Klavi is one of the pioneers in data intelligence solutions for Open Finance, using proprietary technology to transform large volumes of financial data into analytics and market intelligence products that support its clients' strategic commercial decisions. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead Marketing Services & Analytics products, acting as both Product Manager and Product Owner, with a strong focus on monetization, scale, and business impact. This person will be responsible for data products such as market share, data enrichment, segmentation, and commercial intelligence, in a startup environment with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. The PM will work closely with Engineering, Data, and Tech teams, as well as Commercial, Solutions, and Design, ensuring robust, scalable technical solutions focused on customer success. Key Responsibilities Define the strategy, vision, and positioning of Marketing Services & Analytics products within the Open Finance context. Own the product roadmap (H1 / H2 / H3), balancing strategic vision and execution. Act as both PM and PO, leading discovery, prioritization, specification, delivery, and continuous evolution. Work closely and continuously with Engineering, Data, and Tech teams, ensuring technical feasibility, quality, and scalability. Translate business and market needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize the backlog based on impact, business value, data, and technical feasibility. Define and evolve product pricing and packaging in partnership with Commercial and Finance teams. Be accountable for product results, tracking adoption, performance, revenue, and P&L metrics. Define and execute go-to-market strategies with Sales and Solutions teams. Make decisions on core vs. custom products, ensuring scalability and sustainability. Act in a hands‑on manner, with a strong product ownership mindset, typical of a startup environment. Requirements Solid experience as a Product Manager in data products, analytics, martech, or market intelligence. Experience with Open Finance and the use of financial data for commercial intelligence. Experience with market share, data enrichment, segmentation, CRM analytics, or market intelligence. Strong business acumen, with experience in monetization, pricing, and data products. Experience acting as both PM and PO, working closely with technical teams. Startup mindset: hands‑on, strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and fast execution. Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Advanced English. Availability to work hybrid (4 times a week in the office) in São Paulo (Av. Paulista – Brigadeiro subway station), with the first 3 months on‑site full time.
