**What You’ll Do**:
- ** Employee Benefits**: Assist in coordinating employee benefits, playing an essential role in maintaining a happy and motivated workforce.
- Employee Relations: Support a positive workplace by addressing employee concerns, aiding in performance management, and helping resolve conflicts.
- ** HR Systems**: Master our HRIS, ATS, Identita, and JobsPlus systems to streamline administrative processes and ensure data accuracy.
- ** European Employment Law**: Stay current on employment trends, legislation, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices across the board.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- ** Technical Expertise**: A working knowledge of HR systems such as ATS, HRIS, Identita, and JobsPlus.
- ** Problem-Solving Skills**: A proactive attitude toward resolving employee concerns and streamlining HR processes.
- ** Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role, with a solid understanding of European employment laws.
- ** Collaboration**: A team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
