Role overview
Responsible for analyzing Intellibrand data and generating insights to assist customers on their journey of growth and transformation digital commerce through our data and technology.
Key accountabilities
- Use Intellibrand's data platform to develop and deliver relevant, actionable, and accurate insights at both analyst and executive levels.
- Develop analysis based on data provided by our platform, in order to bring attention points and/or improvements in customer performance.
- Prepare customer-oriented presentations with the greatest opportunities and suggestions for action based on facts brought from Intellibrand data.
- Weekly routine to analyze customer data on the platform in order to proactively look for opportunities or quality assurance of intellibrand data.
Support clients in understanding their real needs for defining assertive analysis briefings. This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.

Skills, experience & qualifications required
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn data into insights to support business decisions.

- Strategic thinker with problem solving skills to improve the service and experience of our customers.
- Advanced Knowledge in Excel and Power Point and Power BI (or Google Sheets and Slides).
- Excellent verbal and written communication for presentations and communication with clients.
- Academic degree.
- Advanced Spanish
- Advanced English is a plus
- Experience in technology companies or e-commerce is desirable
