**Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar análises baseadas nos dados fornecidos pela nossa plataforma, com objetivo de trazer pontos de atenção e/ou melhorias no desempenho dos clientes;
- Rotina semanal para analisar os dados dos clientes na plataforma a fim de buscar oportunidades e inconsistências proativamente;
- Definir, colaborar e executar relatórios contínuos com base em rotinas e solicitações;
- Reportar e dar prosseguimento com os times internos das demandas do cliente, acompanhando-as, validando até o final do processo, mantendo o cliente comunicado e atualizado constantemente.
- Apoiar e manter o catálogo de produtos atualizado de acordo com a necessidade de cada região.
- Suportar os clientes na compreensão e manuseio da plataforma Intellibrand.
- Suportar o gerente com demandas diversas relacionadas ao cliente.This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.
Habilidade e qualificações requeridas:
- Capacidade de realizar várias tarefas e se manter organizado;
- Analítico e inquisitivo, com excelente atenção aos detalhes;
- Capacidade de interagir de forma colaborativa com diversos grupos
- Conhecimento Avançado em Excel e Power Point;
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita para apresentações e comunicação com clientes.
- Formação acadêmica em curso superior;
- Inglês intermediário/ avançado (desejável);
- Espanhol avançado para conversação (obrigatório);
- Cheio de energia e engajado;
- Experiência prévia em e-commerce (desejável).
