As a Senior Tech Lead, you will spearhead technical initiatives, lead development teams, make architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery while mentoring team members.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the technical strategy for React and Node.js projects.
  • Mentor and guide development teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Make architectural decisions and establish standards.
  • Implement best practices in development and testing.
  • Drive innovation in solutions and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
What We Are Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience with React and Node.js.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of Design Patterns and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong application security expertise.
  • Experience in large-scale application development and integration.
  • Backend and frontend development skills.
  • Experience with code reviews, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Leadership skills in team management, risk assessment, decision-making, and planning.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
