**What are we looking for?**:- Minimum: University Degree in Science or equivalent experience- Desired: Python development background, Linux, ITIL Foundation- Useful: Agile methodology and tools- Desired: SQL, R, Scala- Good understanding of Splunk and other data collection platforms, capabilities, and architecture- Experience in working in a project and/or program environment, preferred at a global level- Vendor management and delivery through third parties- Prior PMO experience, strong and proven project and/or program management skills supported by strong attention to details**What will be your key responsibilities?**:- Design, build, and deploy infrastructure to collect, normalize, store, process, and present data from disparate sources.- Help customers to understand what insights can be gained through collected data- Keep apprised of the latest developments in the field of data collection and analysis including technology and methodology- Support and guide the continuous delivery of services- Develop and enact practices to improve the quality and efficiency of data collection, analysis, and delivery- Deliver project-related activities based on program delivery plan, ensuring in quality and timely fashion- Ensure continuity of services by being responsible for the availability and accuracy of data being consumed or processed, involving third-party resources and relevant teams needed when required- Ensure team processes are followed accordingly and their continuous improvement, keeping quality service delivery- Contribute for knowledge management process, ensuring new solutions and processes are properly shared with the team using standard documentation platform- Design, build, and deploy technology to enable and support the COE delivery of services**What can you expect from Mars?**:- Work with over 130,000 like-minded and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.- Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.- Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.- An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
