Responsibilities
  • Lead program and project initiatives, overseeing deliverables and action plans
  • Assess and document business processes to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with various teams to support business process needs and new service introductions
  • Manage operational controls and compliance activities, ensuring stakeholder awareness of issues and risks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated leadership experience in HR Shared Services, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles in large organizations
  • Proven program and project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR functional processes and systems
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong working experience in customer experience or customer success
  • Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and automation technologies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools
  • Ability to manage shifting and competing priorities effectively
